Cancellation Policy
Makeup Master Class – Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Booking & Payment All master class bookings must be completed online. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all payments are non-refundable. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations do not receive refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel, your payment will remain as a credit that can be used to reschedule your class. 3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your master class at any time, including within 48 hours of the class. Rescheduling is allowed unlimited times, but is always subject to availability. To reschedule, you must contact us before the class start time. If you fail to attend without notifying us prior to the class, it will be treated as a no-show, but you may still reschedule since your payment remains as credit. 4. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not notify us in advance, your booking is marked as a no-show. No-shows do not lose their payment, you can still reschedule for another date, depending on availability. 5. Cancellations by the Organizer If the organizer must cancel or move a class, you may: Reschedule to any available date, or Hold your credit for a future master class. No monetary refunds will be provided. 6. Lateness Policy Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss sections of the class. If you are too late to participate fully, you may reschedule your class. 7. Model Requirements (If Applicable) Some classes require you to bring a model. If you fail to bring a required model, you may reschedule your booking but no refunds will be offered. 8. Media & Photography Photos and videos may be taken for marketing or educational purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, notify us in writing before your class. 9. Health & Safety If you feel unwell, please contact us. You may reschedule without penalty.
